Check-in experience was smooth and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The onsen is a peaceful retreat from the busy city. Centrally located within walking distance from one of the most vibrant and bustling parts of Tokyo. Rooms are minimalist and compact but the space is relaxing and excellent for a few night stay. Highly recommended.

beautiful and quiet hotel. 10 mins easy walk to the station . the room is small but good enough for a couple or solo trip. we spent the night time at the hot srping on the rooftop. it was so quiet and private. only one recommendation is the lobby light which is too dime.

On the positive side, the room was comfortable with a great view, the amenities were great, and we loved the onsen. It was a truly exceptional experience. However, on our last night there and while we had to wake up as early as 04.00 am to catch our flight, there was a fire drill during which we were asked to evacuate the room. There was no staff around to help or direct anyone and we just had to figure things out based on what other people were doing. It turns out someone had pressed the fire alarm but there was no fire. I can't imagine how a real fire incident would be handled by the hotel staff based on this experience.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it left such an impression that we had to come back. Beautiful property. Quiet escape from Shinjuku. It is a decent walk to a station (about 10 minutes) but it’s worth it in my opinion. Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

The hotel was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and the food was delicious. I loved the rooftop onsen - a great way to start or finish the day. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the central location was wonderful.
The aesthetic is beautiful and very carefully detailed.

Rooms were very nice, a decent size and bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc. Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai bars also within a short walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here!
