"The hotel was clean, the staff extremely accommodating, and the room cleaning service they provided either automatically or on request, was immaculate. Despite our groups extremely limited Japanese, we were able to communicate with the staff with minimal effort. The rooms were on the small side, but we expected it and it wasn't a problem at all. Despite the extreme heat and humidity, the hotels air conditioning out-muscled it easily for some comfortable nights, and we're sweaty Americans. Overall, would absolutely stay at this location again, and other APA hotels in the future should the opportunity arise. To the staff, Arigato gozaimasu!!"
"It's pretty awesome to stay at the hotel with the giant Godzilla on the top of it. Unfortunately the terrace was closed while I was there but it did not take away from my stay. Great staff. Amazing location - short walk to Shinjuku station, lots of great eats around, and plenty of people gazing to keep you entertained for days. "
"Staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. Hotel was smart & clean. Located next to Higashi-Shinjuku station, useful for getting to Shinjuku, Harajuku & Shibuya. Highly recommended"
"Really friendly staff, cleaning team extremely thorough, nice bar.
Could do with more washing machines, the the wallpaper in my room was starting to come off the wall (not in a damp way, more that it’s been there a while). I have no bought that will be fixed asap."
"The staff was very friendly, the facilities were always clean and there were a ton of restaurants, shops and events constantly going on to experience! "
