This hotel is in a prime location right near the Shinjuku station. Hotel was very nice and clean and the aesthetic is high end and luxury. The only downside is the size of the rooms are very small.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and in the center of everything. The Shinjuku Station was literally close to the hotel. There is a Lawson’s and McDonald’s right when you turn right coming out of the hotel. We stayed for 5 days and very satisfied with our stay. Rooms were clean, linens changed every third and sixth night stay and towels changed daily. There is a fabulous independent restaurant located at the hotel and the food is amazing! Keep in mind that the rooms, no matter where you are in Tokyo are smaller than the ones in the United States. We will definitely be returning to this place again.

Excellent hotel location, close to shinjuku JR and bus stations. Hotel provided ample umbrellas to use during bad weather which was much appreciated. Bathroom sinks might need some maintenance. Drainage appears blocked so water drains very slowly, pools often when tap is too strong.
