The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Breakfast is fine but wouldn’t rush to have it, although they did cater for my gluten free needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal for getting to all areas of the city. On the whole, the hotel was good and would recommend to friends coming to Tokyo."

"We stayed in a corner room which was very spacious, especially compared to other Tokyo hotels. Great location to stay when visiting Tokyo. Although, the room we stayed in did feel a little dated. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Our room was beautifully refreshed to an immaculate standard every day. Lawson convenience store in the basement of the hotel was very useful. Be warned that the facilities including the swimming pool and hot spring / spa are an extra fee which is a shame for a 5* hotel. There is also an additional charge to sit at a table with a Tokyo Tower view in the hotel bar. Check-in and check-out process took a long time. Note for Expedia VIP Access customers: We were not offered an upgrade at check-in, even though several other room types were still showing as available to book for the length of our stay."
