"The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home."

"LOVED our stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Love the traditional style of the tatami mats and the hotel was spotless. Enjoyed the Onsen at night and the breakfast as well as the ramen in the evening. We had the best stay!"

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The room was bright, spacious, and kept perfectly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room offered a stunning view of Tokyo Tower, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was not only delicious but also a delightful start to each day. Getting around was a breeze with easy transportation options. I truly wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it all."
"I ran the 2026 Tokyo Marathon and this hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the start line. The hotel is located near the train line and plenty of good restaurants. I suggest paying extra for the breakfast which offered a buffet and cooked to order American style egg dishes"
"The good parts:
The front desk staff were very helpful when I needed to call the airline on a local Japanese telephone number, allowing me to use the front desk phone without charge.
The location is convenient for this price point. There is an underground passageway from Shinjuku station straight to the hotel, open until 23:00. (Though difficult to find, looking for the entrance to the Shinjuku subway line should put you in the right tunnel)
There are convenience stores and restaurants in the same building.
Not so great stuff:
The rooms are small, even by Tokyo standards the space to move around the bed is tight.
The rooms are not even slightly sound proof. It sounds like they put up standard stud walls with simple plasterboard. You can hear people in other rooms talking, snoring and banging around.
They give you ONE low quality pillow upon checkin. You want more pillows? They put a small amount more in the corridor each day for first come first served. Reception simply tells you to check there.
The TV is the worst hotel TV I have seen in a long time.
The toilet is unnecessarily LOUD! Sit down? LOUD. Flush? LOUD. Refilling the tank? LOUD. I have never come across a toilet this unnecessarily loud.
The provide one medium sized towel and one hand towel. You can put a sign on the door to just provide a new set. But they will come in after 3 days, clean and remove any extras.
The laundry room is far too small for this size if hotel. It needs to be twice the size."
"Theres a lot of restaurants, convenient stores, landmarks, stations and shuttle from and to the airport (not operated by APA hotel but a different company its literally across the hotel located at Hotel Kabukicho Tower so it saves time specially if you have big luggages.) staffs are friendly and very helpful. Free Onsen and nice view! 100/100 recommend this location if you love convenience. Note: not the biggest rooms, but thats normal in japan. "
"Compared to last year, this stay was not a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I was here for a work trip, so reliable Wi-Fi was extremely important. Unfortunately, the connection did not work properly and kept cutting off during our team calls. When we informed the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do.
Additionally, the phone in the room rang randomly twice over the weekend at around 7am, which was very frustrating when trying to rest after long working days.
Communication was also difficult at times, as the English proficiency of the staff was limited, which made it hard to get messages across. Might be the last time here"
