"A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."

"Our room was super clean and beautiful. The location was excellent....literally steps away from restaurants, shopping, music. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend lyf Shibuya Tokyo"
"We only stayed one night before our departure for home but it is such a lovely hotel. Only about a 5 min walk to 2 different train lines and 1 stop from Shinjuku. Loved the room size, amenities and the area is really quiet. A restaurant downstairs that we didnt go to but lovely bakery 2 mins away and 7 eleven downstairs. I would stay here agajn "
"Very kind and helpful staff. Answered all of our questions when asked. English available. Close to everything: station, 7-11, Family Mart, Shinjuku area. Highly recommend. Small rooms as to be expected in Japan but enough space even with 2 travellers having two luggage’s. "
"Staff and service was excellent. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself. Also very business friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent but dining in the crossroads kitchen can be expensive. Beware about times, dining ends early in the area and you may be find yourself out of options very fast but there are options open until later at a somewhat walking distance (+800m)"
"We stayed at Hotel Gracery for just one night before heading elsewhere, mainly to be in the thick of Shinjuku. It was a really great place to stay and be able to pop in and out as we desired. Really enjoyed the area and the Godzilla theme is fun! Definitely worth staying here if you want to experience Shinjuku."
