Spacious room, great view. Also was respect for elderly say holiday and they allowed for me an early check in which was great as I was very tired travelling from Osaka.

breakfast not many choices。 when I was checking out, I was looking for my room key, staff impatiently grasp my holder rummaged through it to find my room key. her attitude was very impolite

Loved it was attached to Sunshune city mall with loads of shopping, activities, and restaurants! Located close to lots of shops and a quick walk to Ikebukuro station. Room was clean and large. Loved they provided comfy pjs, toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrubber (towel) and clean towels and slippers daily. Would stay again.

It is only 10 min walk from the Ikebukuro station which has access to many train systems. The Narita limo bus has a stop right at the doorstep this hotel. so convenient! The only bad part is although there are 6 elevators, it can take 10 minutes to get into one to go downstairs.
