The view from our room was amazing. the Skytree was fully visible. The hotel looks grand but it is very dated. The rooms are clean and well supplied but the fixtures, bathroom, and the carpet are quite dated. the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did not have any issues other than the rooms being old. It would do great with some updating.

I liked that the front desk helped me to transport my luggage to Osaka. And also there's laundry / dry cleaning pick up and they will drop off in your room after. Thank you!

It was a decent hotel. The rooms are pretty outdated, this was the 4th hotel I stayed during my trip and wasn’t too impressed with it. The area is good with shopping centers right next to hotel and food options right in short walking distance. The staff was very kind and helped us make phone calls in Japanese.
