"I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The cleanliness, service, and hospitality were outstanding, and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel is very well located, and the entire staff was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. Everything made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. In fact, I’ll be returning to Tokyo in two weeks and was very disappointed to find that the hotel is already fully booked, because I would have loved to stay here again. Highly recommended — a wonderful hotel and a truly great experience!"

If you want to go shopping at Don Quijote there’s one walking distance from the hotel. If you like bbq there’s 2 bbq places just past the station entrance. Laundry services for washing and drying - although allow Enough time for drying as 1 cycle will not be enough you’ll need at least 1hr min to dry unless it’s a small load .Tullys is next door for breakfast too We will be back to this hotel"

"Stayed three nights. Perhaps this is the modern world, but I didn't interact with the hotel staff at all. One checks in at a TV-screen console; typing out the required information was a little confusing after my 13-hour flight and train ride from Haneda to the hotel, but I was able to finish and get my room key (I would much prefer to speak to a real human being). I didn't eat at the hotel's cozy-looking restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food or staff. The hotel is conveniently located--just 50 meters from Takadanobaba Station--and there are plenty of restaurants and combini nearby. There is a laundry / dryer combination on the 4th floor (600 yen per load; 120 minutes). The room was fine. Thank you!"
