Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful property. Quick free shuttle to/from Airport. Only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was tired looking. Not much variety. Juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. No fresh brewed coffee. Limited choices in comparison to other Hotels we stayed at in Asia. Overall. Very good.

Room spotless, staff very efficient and friendly, buffet breakfast had a variety. Check in and out very good - we stayed for a week - lots of shops, restaurants, parks nearby, train station close and airport bus pick up and drop off at hotel.

I ran the 2026 Tokyo Marathon and this hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the start line. The hotel is located near the train line and plenty of good restaurants. I suggest paying extra for the breakfast which offered a buffet and cooked to order American style egg dishes
