The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Room was clean, well-sized. Breakfast bar had a great selection of average quality. Great amenities within room, including a washer/dryer and kitchenette. A great city view on the 15th floor. Spacious bath and shower, with excellent shower head. No hooks in the room for towels.

Location for return to Narita airport is perfect, 2 minutes walk from limousine bus station. But way too crowded area to stay, also it is a 10 minutes walk from subway station. Elevator up 8 floor to reception made the first day arrival a bit challenging. I will choice other area next time.
