Very cute and pleasant hotel walking distance to the Tokyo Dome (baseball, concerts,etc). Staff is polite (pretty much standard for service industry folks in Japan), hotel is clean, and the breakfast buffet is high quality. Would stay here again.

Hotel Niwa was so gorgeous and serene, the staff is extremely attentive and kind, (a perfect representation of Japanese culture as a whole, the most respectful and disciplined people) the premium room with the king bed and jet tub was a great selection, there was so much space and we were fortunate enough to have a city view. The hotel is very close to local shops and stores and only a 5-10 min walk to the subway where we were able to get easy access to Shibuya. The amenities at the hotel were great and we enjoyed the provided spaces for relaxing and meditating.

The room set-up and amenities were great. I actually felt like I was in Japan, which is not always the case. Customer service was exceptional. My only complaint was that the area around the hotel is more business park than bustling Japan. It took a little while to get to the more central parts.

Hotel was lovely and clean, nice authentic feeling rooms, although slightly on the small side - we stayed in a standard double room. Close to the nearest station - around 5 minutes walk, also close to a family mart.

We loved our stay at Hotel Niwa! Highlights were the various garden terraces, the tea & coffee offered in the afternoon, and the kind, helpful staff. It was easy to get around and the hotel itself was on a quiet block.
