I love my stay in Be Resort. My kids enjoyed the facilities, and love the food they serve. The crew are very accomodating, and attentive to the needs of the guest.
Overall, i am very happy with my stay on the resort.
1. Nice beach
2. Beautifully designed hotel
3. Great location
4. Good food and drinks
1. A little overpriced since the furnishings are a tad outdated. Our room initially assigned had a broken TV and shower. We had to request that they replace the room immediately
2. Very poor service. They make you wait long for everything. Lastly, they don't call on taxis to take you to the airport. We waited in the lobby for 45mins. To no avail so we Had to walk to the streets to hail our own cab where we caught one in just minutes.

Our villa was lovely. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was huge and the view from the patio was wonderful.
The pool was decently sized and they had rafts we could borrow; the kids had a blast.
It was low-tide when we explored the beach, we saw a bunch of shells (different kinds), some fishes, and a lot of crabs there.

Food offering during the weekends was limited to buffet at the restaurant which was quite expensive and not very good. Drinks were pretty expensive as well. Otherwise, the facility was average. My room was ok. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit rundown. They had a nice assortment of movie channels on TV which was nice for evening time when I just wanted to relax. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Beach area was nicely maintained. And enjoyed the hammocks around the campus. Was looking to just get away for the weekend so this hotel suited my last minute needs.
Although Mactan Island houses Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB) and is connected to Cebu City by a bridge, the island may be most famous as the site where Ferdinand Magellan died fighting Lapu-Lapu. Tiny Mactan village has monuments to both leaders, and the island also features several guitar factories.
