"This hotel is perfect if you enjoy a peaceful place with beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a nice selection every day, and the swimming pool was always clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed spending time here during our trip."
"We arrived after a long overnight flight and check-in was very quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 19 day stay. The location was absolutely perfect, in a quiet street but very close to the
bustling cafes, shops and restauraunts. We had a very enjoyable experience
throughout our stay here."

"Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...
"We had a 2 room villa (separate) so we had a lot of ground area The pool was big enough with plenty of sunshine
The hosts were wonderful and nothing was to much trouble
Once we got our bearings we found plenty of shopping and eatery’s and a big supermarket just at the corner"
"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."
"Staff were great, cleaners were really good, wifi was good but the actual villas themselves really required updating. We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!! I’d say 3 star at the best!!"

"In theory, the location is good. We flew into terminal 4 and had a terrible time getting to the hotel. Too long of a walk per Google Maps. The WhatsApp number provided by the hotel is for a customer service chatbot that gives imprecise information. We were instructed to take the airport shuttle to terminal 2 and follow the signs to the hotel. No signage anywhere, but we could see the hotel across the Very Busy access road into/out of the airport. A few more inquiries with the chatbot and finally just wandering around took us to terminal 3 via the light rail train. The hotel side entrance is just around the corner from the terminal 3 light rail platform. The room was very comfortable but expensive. We booked here specifically because we had an early morning flight the next day. In hindsight, it would probably have been easier and cheaper for us to book a hotel away from the airport and simply take a taxi each way. In the future, this is probably the approach that I will take. The hotel is within a 10-min walk of lots of restaurants and shopping."
"I would rate this excellent, but the staff fell apart at the fact I had to check out a day earlier. I told them on check out especially to ensure I had transportation and the time needed. I checked the night before and the guy on duty at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He wrote a note, yet the next day I called 3 times for baggage assistance telling them I’m checking out, before deciding to take the bags down my self and then the front desk was surprised I was checking out. Then my car came and I had to wait until they checked the property to make sure nothing was outstanding. The property is big. There are two pools one with a waterfall and a waterslide. The other outside the main restaurant, but there are 3 restaurants at the resort. Why was baggage assistance a big deal. We stayed in the deluxe suite at the top of the hill. Each day we’d have to catch the shuttle at least going up, because it was a trek. Outside of that the property is great for families or a Romantic getaway. It is about a 20 minute ride from the bustle of patong beach and its nightlife. You could walk if you were so brave. All facility and rooms were very clean. Turn down service and water replenishment daily."
"I really enjoyed my stay at JEN Tanglin. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their warm service really made a difference.
One of the highlights for me was dining at the restaurant. The seafood was absolutely splendid — fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. It was definitely one of those meals that made the stay feel extra special.
Overall, I had a lovely experience at JEN Tanglin. The combination of the welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food made it a place I would happily return to. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore."
