"Checkin is at 3pm, got there 4pm, but was checked in only after 5pm. Then the room they gave was very hot. The engineer said give it an hour as it was very hot earlier and that we close doors and minimize use of light. Still ot was very hot. If I did not call to complain and request a transfer, they would have done nothing. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are hot, the carpet in the hallways and inside the rooms smell of old carpet. The only upside is it is literally across the airport and bellboys are helpful."

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return again."

"I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient. "

"We had to ask the room to be cleaned, it was done once in 6 days, poor, First day we used the pool, we witnessed a small child in distress after he came out of the pool, Myself and my used the pool, later back in the room, I was itching on parts of my body. My daughter was in agony, crying screaming inpain, scratching herself on parts of her body, we where up most of the night trying to comfort our daughter, I had a cream with me that helped sooth the pain, At one point we were going to the hospital, but decided afteri applied the cream a few times during the night it helped her calm down. I complained the next morning about the pool, they shut it down to investigate. Later that day I enquired about the pool, the receptionist told me they were working on getting the pool ready again to used ,too much Chroline in it. When I enquired again I was told it's ready to use. I told them I and my family will not be using the pool for the rest of our stay, We only booked the hotel because our daughter likes to swim, really disappointed about this, we used another hotel for swimming at our own expense.
