"Airport shuttle was free pickup but not free drop off. Charge 300 p for drop off. False advertisement. Had to ask for tissue. The tv only had streaming services but nothing included local news would be better. The room was towards the street motorbikes very loud to keep you up at night. The breakfast was okay cook eggs on demand anyway you like is plus but the fruits only watermelon every day. Cebu Mango capital of the world shouldn't they have mangos. The bungos dish tasted like rotten fish. Chef should try it before serving it. "

"Air conditioning did not work well and the room stayed at an uncomfortable temperature. The shower was unique and took a minute to figure out how to use it. the showerhead clip broke off from the wall. The TV works you just have to login to your streaming service and local stations are not provided. Staff was friendly and helpful with bags and directions. Breakfast was OK. Someone was there to make espresso later on in the day and not for breakfast. I found all the food offered was served at room temperature and not hot. Coffee was not full and creamer may or may not have been on the table. Hotel is fine for a long layover or to fly out the next day I would not recommend a long-term stay."

"I had a few issues with my room, the cabinets were old and worn, a few roaches were in the bathroom and it smelled like bug spray was used. Would not recommend. The toilet seat had to be repaired and it didn’t flush properly, but they did fix it….. I booked for 13 days, but only stayed overnight once out twice with a friend. Breakfast was ok, I had fried chick with eggs and rice… average taste. "
