"The hotel in general is well organised, clean with very helpful staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Only let down the outside view. We were facing a brick wall. Expected at least to be informed of that prior to booking or given the option to upgrade. (May be some of the bathroom towels have reached their lifespan) Check in was seamless. Arrived early but were allowed to check in. We arrived after lunch with some hungry tummies. Allowed to use the buffet but unfortunately by that time most food was almost consumed and were still charged full price for only sample of the buffet. The staff were very kind and helpful though and willing to provide for anything we needed and was available. Breakfast is well above average but pricey if choose to buy with booking the price is very affordable. Reasonably good variety on the menu for dinner. All the drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic) are way too expensive. (San Miguel apple P250 per bottle, Pinapple juice P260 per glass). The grounds are well maintained. The swimming pools are clean but are small compared to the hotel size. Beautiful settings by the beach. Unfortunately the beach can only be used for swimming at high tide. At low tide is totally empty and quite dirty with sea weeds. "

"The resort is very nice, clean, and offers a variety of activities that guests can enjoy throughout the day. The staff are very welcoming and responsive to our needs, which made our stay pleasant. That said, the experience could be improved by enhancing accessibility. Adding features such as a ramp at the entrance would benefit not only seniors and persons with disabilities, but also staff handling heavy luggage. These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated."

"This hotel is completely misleading. The photos online are pure catfishing. The moment we pulled up, my group knew we weren’t staying. The area felt unsafe, and the rooms they showed us were filthy, smelled awful, and clearly not maintained. A literal cat walked out of one of the rooms while we were touring. We were there for maybe five minutes before deciding to leave and book somewhere else. If I could give this place negative five stars, I would."

"Took me some time to get towel. Under the heat, I was 🤔 told to get the towel from the life guard but didn't specify where. We went to go swimming at the beach but lifeguard nowhere to be found. Frustrating 😞"

"The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. Swimming pool is not a pool. Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎"
