Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. "I stayed at this hotel in Lapu-Lapu for one night after landing late at Mactan-Cebu airport. They provide good value for your money with the round-trip airport shuttle and an affordable but good all-day breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit, hot drink). The staff are friendly and accomodating, and the room was comfy, clean, and equipped with AC, TV, wifi, universal power outlets, bottled water, kettle, and toilletries. They even ugraded my room and extended my check-out time because of how late I arrived, which is very considerate. I did not go outside of the hotel as I was only there briefly and I'm not familiar with the area. One area for improvement is the water pressure and temperature control of the shower. There is hot water, but it takes time to come out, and the water pressure is low. Overall, great experience."
