"Upgraded room was highly appreciated. Direct access to the lagoon. Complimentary amenities were surprisingly plenty! They’re all delicious. Celebrated my son’s 6th birthday and they never failed to make him feel special. The sliced birthday cake tasted so good!! "

"I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items in the property were not working properly like the grease trap and the air conditioners were clogged the filters had to be cleaned!!"

"Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet."
