予約した部屋がガーデンエリアで伝統的な建物の三階（エレベーターなし）だったので、プールサイドバルコニー付の部屋へチェックイン後に変更。スタッフの感じは良く、対応も早く丁寧でした。バーもダーツとビリヤードが利用できるナイトクラブのようで良かったです。

プライベートビーチ、プールなどさまざまな施設が充実。レストランは改装のため、バーしかないけど、バーの食事は美味しかった！ハッピーアワーへ行ってお酒４杯飲んでピザなどを食べると良い気分。セブ島はリゾート…ホテルはリゾート。外出るとちょっと安全面に不安。そういう意味ではホテルはすごく安心です

The staff who greeted us were nice but the thing that made me give 3 stars is for their booking services. It wasn’t stated on the ad for the North Wing room that it wasn’t accessible or no elevators for the room, instead, what was written if it’s accessible or not is “tile flooring”. They should change the ad to avoid misunderstanding. My family loved the resort though, it was peaceful and quiet and the staff there were nice too.

客室：部屋のきれいさやアメニティの種類は普通。毎日掃除が入り、タオルやシーツは清潔だった。アメニティは日本から持ち込んだので、使用感はわからない。ベランダからはプールとビーチが一望でき、景色は良かった。 気に入らない点としては、扉の建て付けが悪く、特にベランダへ出る扉は強風の時には音が気になる。それと海外あるあるかもしれないが、シャワーやトイレの水圧が弱い。 スタッフ：フレンドリーで親切。みなさん感じの良い方でした。 朝食：味は美味しいが、毎日同じメニューなので連泊すると飽きる。 プール：浮いているゴミも少なく、監視員もいて安心して子どもを遊ばせることができた。 立地：メインストリートから少し入ったところにあり周りは静かだが、近くにコンビニやスーパーがない。grab等のデリバリーは頼めず、ホテル内で食事を済ますなら、ホテル内のレストランかルームサービスか外に出てテイクアウトをするしかない。徒歩で20分程度のところにスーパーはある。

宿泊施設は清潔で、スタッフはとても親切で英語が分かりやすく聞き取りやすいです。食事について、予約をした際朝食付きにしてプラスで払ったのですが、朝レストランに行ったら大人2人分しか予約がされていないと言われ、子供の食事が入っていませんでした。5歳以上は別途600ペソ支払いをしなければならず、予約をする際に子供の食事も付けられるようになるといいと思います。一泊したのですが、次の日は雨が降ってしまい午前中しかできない無料のアクティビティが出来なかったのが残念でした。

大手のホテルと違いこじんまりとしたホテルですが部屋も綺麗でシャワーの水圧もよく熱湯も普通に出るのでストレスなく過ごせました。 ビーチも綺麗でパラセーリングやジェットスキーなども他のところと値段も差がなく出来たので移動する手間も無く楽しく過ごせました。 難点はホテルの周りに何もないので常にタクシーを呼ぶ必要がある点ですかね。

プレミアムデラックスプールサイドを毎年、何回も利用させていただいてます。テレビは、どの部屋も難あり。リモコンが作動しないのでテレビ本体の電源ボタンでオンオフしてます。シャワーもシャワーホースの至る所から水もれしてます。今、レストランの改修をしてますが部屋も、まともな設備にして欲しいです。

プレミアプールサイドに宿泊しましたが、大人２人、12歳、7歳の4人でも広々過ごすことができました！部屋は新しく清潔で、何よりベッドの寝心地が良かったです。 お盆期間に行きましたが、プールも海も空いていて快適に過ごしました。 メインレストランが改装中で使えなかったのが残念でした。 ルームサービスやレストランなどの価格は全体的にリゾート価格で、日本並です。 ですが総じて海外リゾートに来た！感を味わえ、宿泊費自体が手頃で良かったです。またセブに行くときがあれば利用したいです。
