"AMAZING! Staff was beyond and above, everywhere smelled AMAZING, Hotel room was so beautiful, housekeeping was amazing, the connivence store was to die for, AND ITS RIGHT next to shiomi station! a Tad bit far from main city areas but its still amazing. would 28903% stay here again! 100/10!"

"This is the best hotel ever stayed, for family of 5 (6,12 & 15 years old) staff is super nice and welcome. Drug store, foods, 7/11, Starbucks, & family mart just down stair. Train station is close by, Tokyo dome just 5-8 min walk. Highly recommended. "

"We got the South tower without noticing, it was outdated, but the front desk was very nice to change our room to the main tower "

"Hotel building is really tall and in busy hustle/bustle area of shinjuku…lot of adult entertainment things happening on street in nite..so choose according to your trip type and if with family.Rooms are on bigger side and well maintained.Cleanin and room amenities were good including coffee."

"Staff were fantastic HOWEVER…. Important information if you are choosing this hotel because of the gym- Expedia does not share that there is a fee of 2500 Y/ per person per day. It is NOT included in your hotel stay. We were able to exercise outside at 5:30 am before it got hot. Besides this - of a gym or payment for usage doesn’t matter to you- highly recommend this hotel!! Incredible view from our room, excellent temperature and quiet!! "
