Decent place for overnight stay close to airport. The room could use a bit of updating as the wallpaper was peeling, and damaged, cracks could be seen in the ceiling. Overall, location is close to several good restaurants and a lovely shrine.

Good shuttle bus service because my flight early 0600 . Highly recommended if you have early flight haneda terminal 3 . 4am the early shuttle bus

Good choice for night arrival flight, we rent the car from Nissan which is just 2mins walk from hotel. Online check in was impossible as it kept saying can’t find the booking.

We stayed her for only a few hours, we arrived late at night and checked out in the morning But even though we arrived late, there was still a receptionist at work, who helped us with our check in The room was very nice

Staff was courteous and helpful. Free laundry in hotel, free shower and bath products like toothbrush, facial cleanser, razor...good breakfast and hotel cafe was good. Having more English friendly signage would be helpful for how to use phone, washing machine, etc. Overall pleased with our stay.

Location to the Haneda Airport is fine. Air vent in the comfort room has to be cleaned well. Also the carpet has to be vacuumed especially near the window. Great staff.

Can’t compliment the property for anything other than the staff who were kind and helpful. But we got the dirtiest room ever, it didn’t resemble what’s advertised AT ALL. Every single wall had some stains and there was mould in the shower. We only used the hotel to stay overnight as our flight was very early next morning. It would have been really miserable should we have decided to stay there longer. Smell of cigarettes the moment you enter the property is really the last thing you expect too. Will surely never return there.

Room wasn't that great, it did seem a bit old and room was small. Also the AC is off when no one is in the room so we got there and the rooms were unbearably hot. Like it was too hot to be in the room but you need to be there with your key in the switch to run the AC so you have to sit and be hot. AC eventually worked to cool it down but it was hard to figure out how to work it and it got too cold. Only one thin blanket, no extra blankets. Also a bit noisy.

This is a modern clean hotel with good staff. My downgrading is due to a high step into the bathroom capsule and then a shower positioned over the bath . The bath had very high sides which made it unsuitable for seniors.
