Nice, clean and comfortable hotel, perfect for an overnight stay with an early fligh from Haneda airport. Free shuttle is frequent and very convenient. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The room was large for Japan standards. Check in was easy via kiosk. Room had enough room for us and our luggage. I loved the instant auto drip coffee. The breakfast was good and had a variety. Would stay here again when I’m in the area.

The staff were extremely helpful and I really appreciated their willingness to help. However the coffee area was broken more than it was working. Had to go to out to get coffee even though the sign said it was open. No explanation was given as to why it was not operational. I will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.
