"Over all loved the hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpfull. The building was clean and well maintained. Great location between the two trains stations both within short walking distance. Our only complaint would be that the floor/carpet in the room looked dirty and stained making it feel a little gross even though the rest of the room was so clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room is on the small side but we knew this and is absolutely fine for a city trip. We did feel we may have found a bit more storage space helpful. The room did smell a little damp but think thatโ€™s a consequence of not being able to open any windows and having air con. Breakfast is fine but wouldnโ€™t rush to have it, although they did cater for my gluten free needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal for getting to all areas of the city. On the whole, the hotel was good and would recommend to friends coming to Tokyo."
