"I was very happy with my stay. The beach is beautiful and well kept. There were many umbrellas so there was enough room to find shade. The rooms were nice. There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these. "

"Great adult only hotel. We stayed in a Xhaled Club room where they assigned a butler, in this case Willy, who was very attentive and worry about our stay to give us the best service possible, he send us everyday hotel schedules for the activities, restaurants, etc.. The staff in the restaurants, bars, lobby, the house keeping, everyone involved in this hotel was amazing. The buffet restaurant and the A La Carta ones, has great food and variety, and the bars very good drinks. Hope to be there...

"Huge resort with a lot of dining options Food was quite good. Staff was average. Not as friendly as other resorts. The lobby bar had one fun bartender the others seemed “put out”. The buffet staff was slow. One night the workers were shouting Meow at each other which was super annoying. Entertainment was basically non existent. No shows in their theater any night and we were there for eight days. The resort was clean. Check in process easy but rooms were not ready until 90 minutes after check...

"Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...
