Overall, it was a good stay. However, if you’re mainly going for the beach, I wouldn’t highly recommend it. The staff was kind and helpful, the facilities were good, and the food was generally good as well. Our guide, Reinaldo Sanchez , was especially helpful throughout our stay and made the experience easier and more pleasant.

The room was very clean and spacious, our butler was the best, berwin was not our butler, but he was a guy at the Privlidge side that gave food and drinks. The food at the resort was the best that we’ve been to, our butler was Jose, best butler ever, lobby was huge, and that’s all. 9/10 resort!

Room was great, our butler Jose Miguel was incredible and made our trip effortless from dinner reservations to room being stocked and transfers all amazing. The food was great with the stand out being the steakhouse. Danny, Steven and Omar at the lazy river bar were especially great and attentive. This was our second time here and will be back again next winter.

We had a great time! Overall the rooms were well kept and clean. The property was great, always something to do! My kids loved the mini waterpark! Reinaldo, our guests services specialist was so great! He booked all of our reservations - making supper so easy. The food was great! My son is celiac and they took such care for him - so many options for him!
