The room was amazing, the staff work hard and consistently to keep the place clean! The food was great too since they’re so many options. We had our own Guest Experience Specialist, Reinaldo Sánchez, who honestly made everything so much easier, reservations, questions, activities, he’s so kind and helpful and we were so glad to have his support throughout the trip! We had a great vacation here. The adjacent beach was superb, the food in the buffet was generally excellent, the entertainment well organised and the staff mostly friendly and helpful. The concierge Jose tipped it to 5*. Definitely a few niggles: room quality didn't match the listing, some of the restaurants were iffy and certain elements felt gougey (e.g. "privelege" and the on site store) but nothing major enough to detract from the rating.. We'd go again.

Overall the place was nice and safe, beach was clean (seaweed was cleared up by staff), pool and lazy river was fun for both adults and the kids.
