Our butler Erickson was the best couldn’t have felt luckier having a guy like that! And everyone do the hibachi more than once you won’t be disappointed just make sure you schedule it as soon as you get there.

It's a nice resort and most of the staff does try hard. We got the VIP package which wasn't much more expensive the days we were there and in retrospect it was worth is as it seems you would be pretty limited without the VIP. Food was decent and the room we had was really nice with a semi private pool and personal outdoor bed. We had an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi but the hot water didn't work which defeated the purpose. A small percentage of the staff were very rude and made vulgar comments about my wife. My wife speaks Spanish so she understood what was said and reported to the manager right away. The remaining staff was nice and professional. The beach was full of seaweed and it was a bit off-putting. Overall I enjoyed this resort and can definitely say I liked it more than Jamaica but not as much as Mexico.

If you are not a club member you do not get to stay in the freshly renovated rooms. The check in process took over 2 hours. The upgraded room that we paid for was in disarray upon arrival. The phone for our room was broken. There was an old turd in the toilet still. The elevator did not work for the majority of our stay while we were on the top floor. The buffet food was terrible. The resort is not stroller friendly unless u plan on walking all the way around all of the pools to get anywhere. The kids pool was mediocre at best. The sports lounge could have been nice but the Air Conditioning was broke. Use your money elsewhere this place is not worth it

Majestic Elegance - Elegance Club This place is hands down the best resort l've ever stayed at. The customer service was outstanding. Big thanks to our butler Guzman. Made the stay welcoming. He was helpful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. He is the best! Once you are there you are greeted with warmth and smiles by everyone who is part of the resort. Incredible staff. The room was great. The pools were clean, swim up bar pool was amazing. Ismael the bartender made that place fun daily. The beach is less than a few minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants. Great food. Wide variety of entertainment during the day and night. If you are thinking about booking a Punta Cana vacation, this resort should be the #1 consideration. Until next time…

Most of the staff are nice, I would like to recognize Francisco the Butler, Darleney the Hostess of see and sea, Henry of pool area those employees are very professional and polite, but some of employees like the hostess of 9 doors and Vallet his name Jesus are the rudest staff we ever had at this hotel, other than that we had fun , definitely we are coming back here.
