This was our 2nd time staying at the resort and we loved the Excellence Club swim out room. It put is right on the beach! The resort is super kid friendly and the staff are very accommodating to them. Our room was clean and stocked daily. We did have issues with the Season's Transportation Staff but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Great stay!

Perfect pick for my solo trip. Quiet enough for me to relax and feel peaceful, engaging enough if you do want to socialize. I booked the private pool and loved it. I liked the food, but the best breakfast I had was room service. Other than that all of my dinner picks were amazing. The complimentary hydro treatment at the spa was the best way to end my trip.

The resort was lovely, most restaurants have a babysitting section which was great and helped our child make friends! Main pool is lots of fun for adults and kids. Overall it was an okay stay overall . Overpriced for some of the things to do in the hotel . Place looked a little deserted but very clean. Food wasn’t all that for most of the restaurants , also no dinner buffet or food from the home land which was a little odd. Maybe we came in a slow season but i probably won’t be staying there again . The staff was VERY GREAT and helpful probably the best part of the hotel .

We just went with the family of 5 3 girls facility is beautiful. Restaurants were great shows and entertainment were amazing.

Our stay at Finest Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway, but the best part of this trip was truly the staff. If you’re traveling as a couple, I highly recommend booking the Excellence Club. It made our experience even better and added that extra level of comfort, attention, and ease that made the trip feel truly special. The staff went above and beyond and were so thoughtful and detailed. From Maria making our eggs at Market Table, to Jose helping us arrange a cab service, and Ronny at the bar always making us feel welcomed, we genuinely felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. We won’t forget how comfortable and at ease everyone made us feel. That kind of service makes a trip unforgettable. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back!

This is the second time in 3 years we have stayed at the finest. This place goes out of their way to maintain the high standards they have established. I have been in Punta Cana 24 times and have started at many resorts. I would say they are one of the best and we have stayed at. It's definitely the best when it comes to the excellence collection in Punta Cana. I would recommend anyone to go here and see what I mean. From the food to the room, drinks, and even going to the pool there's always someone there to put towels on your chair. Simply the best!!!

The place was amazing the staff was amazing the food was good except for the market place the food here was not good the other restaurant were very good the beach was good except for the ocean you can’t get in it because of the sea weed my girlfriend was disappointed she couldn’t get in the ocean.
