Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. It's clean, it's beautiful, everything is very nice. I definitely recommend Rumba and the bazaar buffet for when you eat... they are by far the best food, service and ambiance of anywhere in the resort.

Superb services and the hospitality what’s gonna bring me back here. The hotel is absolutely stunning, but the service is even better. I want to especially thank any liriano and neztalis from the front desk they were awesome. Also all the porters and bartenders were amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and fun place to relax. Also forgot to mention all the nightly activities were awesome. You get a show and a party after.

Johnny was amazing the hotel was great just was uneasy when worker and family came into my room as I was half naked but other than that the stay for myself and two children were great
