I loved my stay! The staff was amazing but the staff person by the name of Any made our vacation a breeze from check in until we departed. Room was great, lots of space and always clean and serviced every day. Staff was a mix, from very atentive and polite people to a few that didn't seem to like working there. Food is okay in the buffets, but the restaurants were very good, specially Tauro and Rosso, very recommended.

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. It's clean, it's beautiful, everything is very nice. I definitely recommend Rumba and the bazaar buffet for when you eat... they are by far the best food, service and ambiance of anywhere in the resort.

The whole experience was amazing for my family! Our concierge Any was amazing and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and didn’t go without or missing out on anything. Superb services and the hospitality what’s gonna bring me back here. The hotel is absolutely stunning, but the service is even better. I want to especially thank any liriano and neztalis from the front desk they were awesome. Also all the porters and bartenders were amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and fun place to relax. Also forgot to mention all the nightly activities were awesome. You get a show and a party after.

We came for our kids birthday and the staff assisted with decorating the room which was surprising and they prepared a beautiful birthday cake for the children. The room was cozy and was provided an upgrade upon arrival

Great rooms and plenty to do. This was a daily trip and the children loved every moment of it. People friendly. Only thing I did not like was that we had to downgrade for double beds. Level rooms are king beds only. We got level treatment but the rooms were clearly older. Clean and Comfortable.

The hotel is a little old, the rooms should be remodeled and adapted for the high cost they have. the staff and the general online service very good. the food in the buffet excellent, the experience in the restaurants very low should improve the menu and the quality of the portions and the quality of the food in the specialty restaurants. and the tour to know the other hotels in the chain and the offers or promotions offered by one should fight to make them be It takes a little more organization when it is high season and there is a large volume of people to have the pools on time.
