This is an excellent hotel for families, couples etc. There is always something to do . Take full advantage of the restaurants and amenities. We got a room upgrade for using EXPEDIA. So, I highly recommend to use EXPEDIA for booking . There is absolutely no complains about this property, beach at 3 minutes walk and pool at 1 minute. They have a transportation service all day up to 4am. All you need to do is to wait for the bus . The stuff is always smiling and wanted to help you out.

Some of the stuff were amazing, such as the entertainment, the waitress/waiters. Rooms were perfect. Drivers that pick us up at the lobby to take us to our room were nice but also rude. One of the drivers were drunk and took my parents to a different side of the hotel when they gave him the actual room number. overall the resort was great! Julio, Jefry, David and Nuris were AMAZING AND SUCH KIND SOULS. I love how sweet they were with my parents and just treated them right! that was the best staff i have ever met!

Good place, the staff was great, but the bara closes at 11 pm so forget about drinks unless you go to the club. The pools and beach closes at 6 pm, so if you plan on relaxing with a poolside drink not happening. They have different restaurants options but you can only eat in one of them every 3 nights. The rest you only get buffet
