"We had a great stay at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property is very clean and well maintained, and the amenities overall are strong. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxed. The beach is spacious, giving you plenty of room to unwind without feeling packed in. The team truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. For families, the waterslides are a big win—fun, easy, and a great way to keep kids entertained. Food-wise, the buffet was a highlight with great variety and quality. The specialty restaurants were a bit mixed—some were excellent, others a bit less memorable—but the teppanyaki experience was fantastic. The chef brought great energy and made it a fun, engaging dinner. Sushi was creative (a bit reinvented, but enjoyable), and the burger truck by the beach was a great casual option done right. If there’s one opportunity, it would be expanding the sports offering—adding tennis, pickleball, or padel courts, or even partnering with a nearby facility, would elevate the overall experience. Overall, a very solid stay with a great balance of comfort, service, and atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d come back to. "

"This place is the best!!!! The whole place was clean, not even a leaf on the walkways! The swim up bar was amazing. The staff is so much fun and keep you entertained. They are so friendly and will do anything to help you. The food was great and had a wide variety of options. The steak house was my favorite, the steak was the size of my head. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you could smell the cleaning products they used when you walked into the room everyday. I have no complaints about this place! "

"The resort seemed newly renovated, loved how the room had a partition between bedroom and sitting area. Plus a cute balcony. The bathroom was also huge and very comfortable. The beach and the buffet restaurant plus food trucks and a swimming pool (along with kids pool) right by the beach is an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. Loved every corner of the resort "

"The atmosphere at the main rim up bar is chaotic with a lot of extremely loud music , drunk people , and stupid entertainment from guest , which escalates into loud music and speech disturbing the entire area with the two main pools, so that regular and non alcoholic people have no peace and rest at the pool . A similar situation occurs in the evenings at the La Fiesta area , where the music is extremely loud , irritating people’s ears more than it is enjoyable. Room maintenance is problematic because there are constantly not enough towels, paper tissues, and they don’t even change the bed linen unless you ask and persistently ask the reception staff.A lot of flies were noticed around the main hotel entrance and promenade as well as in the buffet restaurant where food is displayed and the surrounding dinning area."
