This destination is pristine. The detail in their day to day is exceptional. Walk the grounds to get an appreciation how well manicured they really are. The restaurants all offer distinct menus, and when not sure the buffet is well stocked.

Everything was great at the resort, the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great and I did have problems with the air conditioning in the room that they kinda “fixed” but in the end it was a bit hot in the room. But overall the service and the amenities and facilities about the resort were great.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful but wasn’t 2 happy with the room. Paid a lot for it and had a smell and the walk in pool wasn’t 2 clean. I had to ask for towels and my refrigerator wasn’t restock until I asked. But I would go back it was a very nice place for vacation.

You need to go and experience this place. I have no bad reviews. The place was absolutely beautiful and the people were very welcoming and always kind and helpful. The beach was stunning!!! It is a very beautiful and big property so you will definitely be walking a lot but there are no regrets. Will definitely be going back and miss it so much already!! Balcony views are the bestttt!!!! This is a great hotel with lots of activities. The pools were super, beautiful beaches and lots to do such as arcades, shops, casino, bowling, etc. Lot of walking to do to reach where you wish to go. Many choices of restaurants including a coffee shop which was really good. Food is mediocre. Had problems with supply of towels in the rooms. Rooms get cleaned but no towels and have to keep requesting for towels for hours which was very annoying and inconvenient when you are wet from being on the beach or pool and want to take a shower to get ready for the evening. Great entertainment. Enjoyed the vacation very much.

Nice property with plenty of restaurants, pools, a big and well equipped fitness center. With the exception of a few members, overall staff was doing the bare minimum for guests. Food and drinks was definitely the low point. They offered variety but low quality. Mostly fried and fast foods. Even at the "top" restaurants, we didn't see anything that was really that we thought was good.
