Lopesan is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The resort is clean, well-organized, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. Lopesan Costa Bavaro exceeded all of my expectations! The people really made the place. Hospitable service, kind staff and very clean resort. The pool area was exceptional and the beautiful beach was not a far walk. The buffet was average in my opinion, and the restaurants are limited, but nonetheless there is something for everyone. The staff all deserve raises! My family and I had a very wonderful stay.

I enjoy our stay and staff was friendly. The beach was beautiful. The only thing was that the beer at most bars was never cold. In regards to the food it was really good at the la carte restaurants and beach buffet, but the food at the main buffet was just OK. Outside of that it’s a nice property compared to other places in Punta Cana.

I really enjoyed my stay. We were there for four nights and there was plenty to enjoy. The large resort allowed everyone to have plenty of space to enjoy their surroundings. The beach was cleaned daily and was well maintained. The room was of adequate size and the room service was manageable for the resort's size. The entertainment team tried their best to get everyone involved and did a great job. The main pool had more real-estate then most resorts pools combined. Everyone was was very friendly and made me feel sad to go. Planning to come back later this year.

The resort is expansive, one can get lost easily especially the place needs better directions. The rooms are big and ample. Really appreciated the big bathroom. Rooms service came late for a couple of days, almost at 6pm. Food quality, especially in the buffet areas could be much better in quality and taste. It also lacks diversity, same spread everyday. Specialty restaurants are ok. Today, at breakfast a cockroach crept up from under our table. Pools and the beach were wonderful. We enjoyed them tremendously.

Wow. These grounds are impressive. It is a gorgeous resort. It is a large resort. I wish the waterpark was closer to the beach and I really missed a hot tub in the evening:(. The food was so so good. I used the app to make reservation 48 hrs ahead of time. It was easy to get reservations, towels, places to sit at the beach and the buffet, and to get around. We really loved it.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows Good air conditioning Room was musty smelling on arrival but went away after about 24hrs of our AC being set as low as it could go. We did see a cockroach in the hallway, none noted in our room. Dinner and lunch Buffett was underwhelming À la Carts we ate at were great. Downside of only 1 location for towels and that you had to use towel cards. Resort is very big so LOTS of walking Water park was ok, my 14&9 year old has fun on the slides and we were abke to go down too.

Room it was so cold the bed sheets felts like were wet inside the bed, the pillows super uncomfortable hard and too high make hurts the neck, the staff at the reception desk were not so friendly careless about what I have to say about my delayed arrival no communication at all about the restaurant reservations most of them unavailable to book and the food was not good at all outdoors pool area very nice and the staff were nice and friendly drinks were good during the night not too much activity to do in general food and staff were not good I was expecting a very good meal and customer service for this kind of Resort .

Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Lopesan. Our room was deeply cleaned everyday, but had a bit of a mildew smell. The resort was well maintained and beautiful. There was so many amenities like the casino, water park, shows that you can’t get bored. The staff were helpful and kind. We just did not enjoy the food. We ended up paying an extra $150 to access the adults only side of things. We also got 30 mins of hydrotherapy included, however part of my group was not treated well by the staff when they arrived. We did not feel like paying the extra $150 was worth it. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this resort is outstanding. It’s massive and never feels crowded. Staff is great and the property is beautiful, lots of activities and very family friendly. There’s basically a huge outdoor mall within the resort with shops, restaurants, bars and anything else you can think of. Rooms are big and clean. The only exception is the food, which is only OK. Some days it’s better than others. If they slightly improved the quality of the food this resort would be a 10/10.
