Had an awesome vacation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good for the most part with the excellent of our last day. Loved the homemade pasta omelettes and salad and fruit options. Our room was clean grounds pool beach awesome. Japanese restaurant was really good.

They are like family to us. The service and food is excellent. The staff is amazing. There are too many to name here, but July the pool bartender works his tail off to make sure that everyone is satisfied. I love this place so much that I’ve already booked our next trip in May here.

We had a great time each day at the adult swim up pool. July and Katia are fun bartenders and know how to make fantastic drinks and shots and get people involved. Our room was always clean and we had plenty of towels. Our butler was Jacob. He had our room decorated for my sisters birthday which was a very nice surprise. This was my 15th visit and the Majestic Colonial did not disappoint. Will be back in January.
