"Clean room, ok breakfast, horrible cleaning staff. Woke us up shouting at 9 am, had to go out and tell them to shut up, then again 1 hour later banging the door for cleaning. If the sign is not up, why bang the door?"

"Great location close to train station and Ginza-dori Ave and 100’s of eating options. Room was good size however was starting to show it’s age so getting close to needing a renovation. Slight train noise at night due to being adjacent to railway."

"The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was another pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and friendly throughout our stay. I needed to send our luggage ahead to Kyoto so we wouldn’t have to carry it through crowded stations, and the staff kindly helped arrange the service. Our luggage arrived on time at our hotel in Kyoto, which made the trip much easier. The room was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is also very convenient, about two blocks from Shimbashi Station and the Ginza Line, making it easy to get around using public transportation."
