Excellent staff and location. Ginza is an amazing area to explore and the concierge was very helpful.
We stayed twice during our trip to Japan, once in the main building and once in the tower. The tower rooms have great views but are smaller and older.
The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They stored our luggage for us and remembered a lot of details about our stay.
We would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Liked: Staff & service
The front desk staff are great. The hotel is in a wonderful. The hotel is dated and has a horrible smell on level M.
If you are looking for a great sized, super comfortable, clean, safe and welcoming hotel, this is it. It’s near stations and super close to imperial palace for those that like to learn about their history. I really enjoyed my time here and will be coming back.
The Imperial Hotel is grand, excellent concierge service, very well located, helpful and abundant staff. But the room we were given was dated and in need of refurbishing and the hotel dining was disappointing.
