Very nice hotel. This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo via Haneda. Lovely central location for Ginza and Roppongi.

The unique aspect of this hotel was the artistic ambiance, with art and drawings displayed in both the lobby and the rooms. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway station made it incredibly convenient for quick access to transportation. Staying on the 34th floor provided a fantastic view of the city. I enjoyed the breakfast, which, although not offering a wide variety of options, was still classy and pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering me options to extend my checkout so I could rest before my long flight back to Europe of course with costs included.

The hotel doubled as an art museum which was pleasant surprise. I really liked the exhibition that was going on and contemplated buying a piece but it was out of my budget. The location is close to 2 train stops (Shinbashi and Shiodome). Shiodome is accessible by taking the elevator all the way down. You could also walk underground from Shiodome to Shinbashi but it does take some experience to navigate. I liked that the hotel area was pretty quiet. There aren’t many tourist attractions around so not much of a crowd. Ginza was a 10 minute walk away so not too far but feels far when carrying a ton of shopping bags. My hotel room did feel dated and I could tell that they don’t clean under the bed because I saw dust and someone’s lost sock under there lol Overall, i still enjoyed my stay and would come again, but I’d opt for an updated room (if possible).

Lots of local places to eat near Shimbashi - quite quirky but most had an English version of the menu. Hotel v close to Shimbashi Station so able to get about easily. Hotel room - great size and the hotel did free tea/coffee and ice cold water in the main reception area. WiFi good.

We spent two weeks in Japan staying in hotels in this price range (including others in Tokyo), and other than the excellent view and the lovely staff, everything about this one was just mediocre. No power outlet or USB charger on one side of the bed, scuff marks on the walls, everything was clean but not to the same standard as we saw elsewhere. And the room was just more boring and basic. The surrounding neighborhood is very car-dominated and not fun to walk around at all. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. This is not a bad hotel by any stretch, but overall it was our least favorite hotel we stayed at on our trip.

This was our second time at the Park Hotel Tokyo, as we had such a great stay on our first trip to Tokyo. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff are great and it had a unique feel. Our room was an artist’s room which had very unique art and a great view, but it felt like the room needed some maintenance.
