"The property is very close to the shopping centre in Cebu City, Ayala. It is convenient, although there is rather a large road directly To Ross before getting to the shopping centre. "

"Oceanfront property. We loved coming out of the elevator from our room and there is the pool and beach! Breakfast is delicious variety of foods. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We made the perfect choice of all the hotels! Its Excellent!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the air conditioning unit is set up in such a way theat the air is blowing in your face when you lie down to sleep. We ended up just shutting it off "

"The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable."

"Our stay was very good. We have stayed here several times. The breakfast buffet is very good. The beach access that is provided Is very nice. A 10 minute walk, or shuttle provided. The checkout process was not efficient today. Agents take too much time checking in and checking out guests. 2 guests in front of me took 20 minutes to check in. I simply wanted to checkout. Bill should be tallied and incidental expenses provided prior to checkout. Should take no more than 3 minutes. I presented...

"Lots of consruction outside. Difficult getting in and out. Property and staff was wonderful. Only frustration; the web site and on travel apps say that there is free transportation to the air port between 10 am and 9 pm at scheduled times " and on request". The last part is not true. I requested and was told they won't or can't. If that is true it should not say, " upon request because they will not honer that statement."

"A nice inexpensive olderproperty centrally located to Mango Square an Ayala Mall. You do have to pay extra to use the gym that Expedia i.plies is free. You also have to surrender your key to the front desk with each exit and than wait in an always bust line to retrieve your key upon return."
