Although the staff was amazing and helpful, as a smoker I found it off-putting to have to cross a busy street to stand in a corner off property to have a cigarette. The restaurant attached to the property, (Abaca Baking Co.) The staff and food was amazing even with it being more of a coffee/sandwiches. Also on my last night before check out the lights in my room were no longer in power. All other electrical worked except for lights. So showering,eating, with sunlight when it was available and tv/flashlight. Property shows alot of promise and room to grow to become a top stay in the area. Just small things that have easy work arounds to conduct and itbwould easily be a 5* stay instead of a 2*

Every hotel there is always has their bottles of water, this one has a gallon to refill used bottles, which was convenient and unique. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, really clean and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable!

Perfect place to stay. Everything was amazing. Greeted every single time i entered or exited. Staff is so approachable. Room was clean. Bedding was comfy. Great view. Nicely placed. Grocery store in the basement. Parking garage. I will definitely be back. Note. Check in and main lobby is on the 9th floor. Thank you!!!!

If you’re going to stay in Cebu city this probably one of the nicer place’s available. That being said, the area surrounding the hotel is not very nice which is not the fault of the hotel of course. There’s many bars and food options within walking distance. I would stay again if traveling to Cebu city

Rooms are big with nice modern clean furnishings.. very good value for money, close to everything and transportation is not an issue. I would definitely stay here again when we come here again for a month— they have special rates for monthly stay.

Our AC went out on the first night, then our room was changed the following morning. Then our entire power went out in our second, so again we had to move, very late at night. However an additional night was given to us for free and everything worked fine.
