Great hotel and amazing staff whom were all very courteous, helpful and accommodating. My issue with this place is how slow the check-in/out process are, For me at least i stood in line for about 15-mins only to be told that my room wasn't ready, I then waited 45-mins and no one ever got back to me despite me sitting in the lobby. It wasn't until i asked a staff member about my room again that they ended-up upgrading me which i appreciated.
Days later i decided to extend my stay and i was informed by a lady in the front that the price would be higher about 6000PHP but said i could make a reservation online again and stay in the same room, Fair enough so i make my reservation online and upon inquiring about it i'm told that they're unable to do this and that i would have to change rooms, Okay fine although it seems counterproductive. A day later i come back to lobby to check-out and the gentleman there says i don't have to leave the room, That he would merge my registrations and i could stay in the same room; I appreciated what he did for me but the staff communication seems to be all over the place.
Lastly there is the buffet, I visited the buffet here on a Monday night at 8pm and it was the single most disgusting food i had tried. To start the food was cold despite sitting in the warming pans, It was clear that the staff stopped putting out fresh food, I stop by the Ribeye & Lechon station only to have the staff member serve me grizzle, It was clear he was untrained.
