Lots of consruction outside. Difficult getting in and out. Property and staff was wonderful. Only frustration; the web site and on travel apps say that there is free transportation to the air port between 10 am and 9 pm at scheduled times " and on request". The last part is not true. I requested and was told they won't or can't. If that is true it should not say, " upon request because they will not honer that statement.

My stay was great, from airport pick up to the actual stay! All staff were accommodating, on time, and just over all great! Free breakfast buffet and a welcome drink was perfect!!!!! There’s a restaurant in the hotel and it was good and prices were very affordable.

I didn't want to like this hotel once I learned the airport shuttle wasn't available to me at 5:30am and I wouldn't be able to enjoy the free breakfast. But the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower and deep bathtub was glorious. The 6th floor smoking area was incredible. I really enjoyed the 12 hours I stayed here and will have to return for a longer stay to enjoy the breakfast and shuttle service. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
