"Good place and friendly "

"Waterfront is convenient if you are flying out of Cebu since it is right next to the airport and they offer complimentary shuttle. Breakfast buffet is nice. The hotel is a little older and probably needs some minor renovations. It is quiet, and the staff are very nice "

"The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable."

"Very nice rooms, great beds, great air con and beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop, especially at night. jacuzzis on the roof are a nice addition. plenty of great restaurants right outside the main door, it’s not just the hotel, you get an entire gated in area filled with high end food, a convenience store and a bar that has live music every friday and saturday. staff is friendly enough, location is right in the middle of cebu city, near plenty of places to shop and attractions, and...

"All the staff are courteous. The breakfast was good. Has transport to and from the airport. Very convenient. Very good value for money."

"Lots of consruction outside. Difficult getting in and out. Property and staff was wonderful. Only frustration; the web site and on travel apps say that there is free transportation to the air port between 10 am and 9 pm at scheduled times " and on request". The last part is not true. I requested and was told they won't or can't. If that is true it should not say, " upon request because they will not honer that statement."

"I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. One thing I really like is the pool - it is rare to have one long enough to swim laps in and this one does. I got up early to swim laps before it got busy with families. ...

"Absolutely loved the 4 days we spent there. Good place for relaxation. We got a sea view facing the east, sunrise from the balcony was absolutely splendid! A little far from the city, but the stay is well worth the travel and a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. "
