Was in need of a place to stay, close to the airport, for one night. The hotel was a nice place and it fit the needs quite nicely for the night. I would stay here again.

The staff was great, check in was easy. But it took all night for the AC to cool the room, and the water in the shower never got hot. I didnt try the breakfast, but i did appreciate the 2 small complimentary bottles of water.

The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, and when we called to ask for one they said the laundry was closed and there wasn’t one available. So we slept on top of the flat sheet with a comforter on top that we weren’t positive if it had been cleaned before we used it.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We are grateful for the free airport shuttle service. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast left us wanting, but the coffee and pineapple were good. Thank you Appleton for the nice and convenient stay!

The staff here is fantastic. Pro tip. They will give you only one key. Leave it in the slot when you go out. When you come back, ask them to meet you at your room to open the door, otherwise the AC will be off the entire time you are gone. Jason is fantastic. He knows great places to go, vidit, eat, etc.

Bed was hard!

Overall the room was adequate. However, the bed was as hard as a board. This was probably the worst night's sleep I've had in any motel anywhere. My back hurt so bad. Very uncomfortable. However the Staff was friendly

Great staff. Very welcoming. The room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. Bed was stiff but very common here in the Philippines. No hot water in shower barely Luke warm. I would definitely stay again, even though small issues. Breakfast Beef tapa was really good. But the bacon not so good. There is a mall 2 doors down. Lots of shopping in the area including outlets.
