Hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly. We have stayed here for over 10 years every time we come to the Philippines and stay between 4 to 6 weeks. They maintain the place very clean everyday. Located right across Ayala Cebu. With the 7-Eleven store next to it.

Small room, but otherwise very good. Bed comfortable, air-con loud, but otherwise good and excellent shower. Not much space if you are travelling with heaps of luggage. 7Eleven downstairs opposite foyer very convenient and counters no amenities provided, such as water or kettle.
