It was fine for what it was. The rooms are narrow and there isn’t a great hangout area. The neighborhood is a bit loud. But the beds were comfortable and the ac worked. The staff was nice and helped when we repeatedly locked ourselves out of our room.

Staff is great and hospitable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants/shops are all around. The roof pool and bar are amazing. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety of choices. The price was good. We liked our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. If you opt for breakfast you get vouchers for the cafe next door. Good cafe breakfasts, mostly silog options but they do offer American options. They also serve good coffee. The area is tucked away down a side street from the main road Osmeña and everything you might need is in walking distance. Good value and good stay overall. My only drawback is there were carpenter ants when we checked in but the staff took care of that right away. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple times and at night the noise travels to the room, we stayed during Sinulog festival so it did get noisy in the evenings.

Most of the hotel workers smiled a lot and were friendly. The pictures of how the rooms look are pretty straightforward. I rated 3 for cleanliness only because my bathroom had a lot of black ants & flying insects (which I didn’t have the hotel maintenance check anymore— since said insects didn’t bite me). Still, they may be a nuisance for some. Within the property are also a coffee shop (in which complimentary breakfast is served), a beauty salon, & a laundry shop. The hotel workers were overall attentive and good at managing expectations.

Was a very Nice and clean Hotel however my Stay wasn't enjoyable and booked out early A blue Exercise Mat is not my idea of a comfortable sleep and woke up stiff and unrested .. YOU need to rectify this Towels are big enough to dry a Baby but as a Adult maybe a leg And lack of room safe makes things a little awrkward to keep belonging safe
