"Enjoyable stay for our family of 5 during the “soft launch” of the resorts. The resort staff was amazing, friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the pools and beach, as well as the bowling alley and pickle ball court. The food was generally good with some exceptional menu items - pork shank and ribeye being highlights at 2 of the restaurants - whereas the frozen cocktails were mediocre and the juice bar disappointing. The ice cream parlor and coffee place were great, again with very friendly staff. The resort will only get better as feedback comes in and adjustments will be made. Overall we recommend it and would gladly visit again. "

"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort. The resort itself is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP upgrade, which made a noticeable difference. The Family Selection beach area was especially nice — less crowded and more comfortable. Overall food quality was good, although the desserts could definitely be better. During our stay we booked three à la carte restaurants. La Paisana and Sumptuori (teppanyaki tables) were both very good. Portofino, however, was a bit disappointing. The service was good, but the food didn’t live up to what we expected from an Italian restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you can get the Family Selection or VIP upgrade."

"Everything was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was kept very clean and stocked with water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. They even went all out for my birthday with a towel cake and champagne. The resort is beautiful and the private beach access was perfect. The locals were allowed to be on the beach to sell you items, but they are not super pushy. If you so no thank you, they move on. I would definitely return and will recommend this resort to friends and family!"
