Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"This was one of my all time favorite trips. Juan Carlos greeted us upon arrival and made sure we understood all of the amenities available to us as this property was truly all inclusive. He was very helpful and truly the people that work at this hotel were all attentive, friendly and kind and just a pleasure to interact with. We even bumped into Juan Carlos in town as we took a taxi and went into town every night. The food was delicioso! Be sure to order the fish tacos and eat on the deck. We snorkeled all day everyday right from the deck of the hotel. We saw hundreds of fish, eels, stingray and a barracuda. We tried to find the octopus but they were hiding. The coral reefs are lovely. The ocean was so amazing that we never went to the pool one time. We usually stay at the pool most of the time. This was my 50th birthday trip. I loved this hotel and it’s staff and would highly recommend it."

Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"This was a very good resort. The quality is there, but the property is looking like it needs to be refreshed. Still, we had a great time at Dreams. The rooms are clean and stylish with great working air conditioning. The public areas are clean and maintained well. The resort does have a great pool and swim up rooms. It also has a beach with sand, while other areas on the island just have coral ledges. The breakfast buffet was good, made to order omelettes. Lunch and dinner buffet were just okay. The two restaurants on the resort offered much better food than the buffet. Either way, you will not be hungry. The mini fridge is stocked with beer, soda, juice and water. Also they are not stingy with the bottled water, you can get clean water and ice all over this resort. The people are kind and inviting, not pushy. The resort does offer guests the chance to participate in a vacation sales program for some free gifts and vouchers for services, but you can also decline the invitation, which I recommend. This was a very good resort and would book again. Also, look for Dreams and Secrets resorts Cozumel on facebook, the resort store owners said there is a page with up to date posts on changes and improvements they have made. Thanks."

"From the time arrived the staff made it clear they were they to help and be of service. The rooms were well maintained and they ensured you had everything you needed daily. The amenities were well kept and I seen someone cleaning the pool daily. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everyday you would go down and they had a selection of food. Food and coffee or juice were included with the buffet The gym was equipped with everything you would need for any workout you were doing and it was never full. Each time I went there was only 1-3 other ppl. The beach was right on the property and you could set yourself up anywhere on the beach or pool. They would come and serve you if you wanted a snack or drink. They also had a snorkel and scuba shop on site that helped to set you up. They had day rentals as well if you wanted to do it on your own. This was the perfect place for a vacation!"

Hotel B Unique - Adults Only

"The B Unique was clean, aesthetic, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our ocean view room as well as access to the pools and a nice restaurant with good food on each of the adjoining B properties. For being in a diving town, and not being located right in town, it would be great if the restaurant opened an hour earlier or provided to-go options for diver guests. Otherwise, lovely, and could be lovelier with more heat and less chlorine for the perfect sunset hot tub."

"El lugar excelente para estar. El personal muy amable y tienes todo muy cerca de ti. Acceso a restaurantes, la plaza principal, el Ferris. TODO esta cerca. Y por supuesto la vista que tiene frente al mar. Amamos quedarnos en hotel Casa Mexicana cada año que visitamos La hermosa . isla de Cozumel"
