"We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange dinner reservations for every night we were there. They even helped squeeze us in when we were late to making reservations. Erik from guest services was very attentive and made sure to check in with us almost every day of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the bathrobes. The resort is well laid out and very clean. They've done renovations to the main buffet which look great and make it feel more cozy. The pools are a great temperature. There's lots of greenery and wildlife around which makes it feel like you're staying in the jungle. All the food we had was excellent including from the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. The Mexican food especially was very good. "
