"This is my second time staying at this property. The property is awesome and very clean. The entertainment crew does a really good job, keeping guests engaged in the daily activities. They have party’s u can go to on different property of Riu. They provide a shuttle there and back. Customer service is amazing. Food is good. Roger in the lounge bar was cool, offered great customer service at the bar and always had a positive attitude even when he was the only bartender working still made sure all guest were served. But everyone that work at this property customer service was excellent. Overall 10/10"

"Everything was great! There was confusion when it was time to redeem the use of the cabana. The cabana that was being offered wasnt in the best shape. By the time the staff member came back with a different option; we were content with sitting elsewhere. The food was great iverall!
