"The hotel is in such a convenient location - close to great restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Another bright spot is the cafe under the hotel opens a lot earlier than other cafes in the area (most open between 9-10 AM), so having your morning cup of coffee while dealing with the jet lag was a huge plus."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo. "

"Shibuya is great for eating - any kind of cuisine and any price point. Good roof top bars nearby. The Excel is right across the street from major train and subway lines so transportation is fine. The hotel is reasonably appointed, and the staff very accomodating. We have been staying here every year for 10 years or more"

"Got the Hollywood twin and felt like a western room with the amount of room. 5 minute walk from shinjuku station. Lawson right next door and a Starbucks a 3 min walk away. We would definitely stay here again."
