Staff spoke English. Hotel is in a very convenient location. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area. The subway station is connected to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. However, you might hear a bit of noise as it is close to the shibuya crossing but wouldn’t sway my feelings. I would definitely book here again!

The best location in the entire area! Literally right there when it comes to getting around Tokyo! Room was outdated but still got the job done! I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Super clean and everyone was nice and helpful.

Views from the property and room are amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was super clean and location was great with with easy access to trains/subway. A little difficult figuring out how to find the entrance when you first get off the train - access from Hachiko gate the easiest, then just cross the street.

We stayed in a corner room with a view of the Shibuya crossing (room 1801) and was a great stay. Great staff and facilities in an amazingly convenient location with Shibuya station just a very short walk away. I had seen some complaints about small rooms, but ours was more than fine (maybe because it was a corner room) but had plenty of space to lounge around the room and watch the views outside the windows. Great hotel.

Pros : Localisation, view on shibuya crossing is amazing. The room are big staff is really helpfull and welcoming Water everytime they come clean your room. Ecofriendly Cons : bathroom is outdated (it is clean) but need to be refreshed vs the rest of the hotel. Bed are not that comfortable (spring mattress). ** if you are in a room with shibuya view, and if there is a holiday, or on the weekend, expect some noise/music during night.. none the less was not too disturbing when you sleep well. but for those who doesnt... In overall, a really good choice to stay !! we recommend.
