"Very close to malls and restaurants. Hotel was clean and cozy. Staff were helpful. No Free parking (charged at RM 15 per day) if you've rented a car. As such 2 less star for the facilities."

"View was lovely from the balcony! Unfortunately the restaurant was too far for my Mom, who is in her 80s and can’t walk very well. So we packed dinner to eat in the room. Amenities are sufficient."

"This is not a hotel. Facilities are new but not ready. From the pipes of toilet bad smell is coming up. "

Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if...

"the parking area is a bit scary and the elevator to the parking area is a nightmare because there’s only one lift and the wait could be long. self check in might be troublesome as the staff dont really give you complete information"
